Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tunaura you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Tunaura.

2. The service

Tunaura turns audio you provide into captioned lyric videos and lets you export, schedule, and publish them to social platforms you connect. Features, limits, and plans may change over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the audio, artwork, video, and other material you upload. You grant Tunaura a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, transcribe, and render that material solely to provide the service and to publish it to the platforms you direct. You represent that you own or have all rights necessary to the content you upload and publish.

5. Connected platforms & publishing

When you connect TikTok, YouTube, Meta, or another platform and publish or schedule content through Tunaura, you authorise us to publish, schedule, or upload that content to the accounts you connect, at your direction. You must also comply with each platform's own terms and policies:

• TikTok — TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• YouTube — the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's Privacy Policy governs Google's handling of your data.
• Meta — Meta's Terms of Service and the Instagram/Facebook Community Guidelines.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and for holding the rights to do so.
• Scheduled posts are sent only while the app is able to deliver them; we don't guarantee delivery at an exact time.

6. Acceptable use

You may not upload or publish content you do not have the rights to, or use Tunaura to create or distribute material that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harmful, or that violates a connected platform's rules. You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property & third-party rights

You are solely responsible for clearing any rights in the music, lyrics, images, and clips you use — including media drawn from YouTube, Pinterest, or other sources. Tunaura does not grant you any rights in third-party content, and our own software, branding, and site remain our property.

8. Plans & credits

Exports consume credits according to your plan. Re-rolling and previewing are free; you pay to export. Credits and plan entitlements are described on the pricing page and may change with notice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Disclaimer

Tunaura is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Generated output may vary and is not guaranteed to be fit for any particular purpose. We do not control and cannot guarantee the availability of connected platforms or other third-party services.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunaura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of content, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service or any connected platform.

11. Termination

You may stop using Tunaura at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service. You can disconnect connected platforms and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
